Exponential, a DeFi risk assessment and investment platform, has just completed a $14 million funding round led by Paradigm.
Other participants in the round include former Andreessen Horowitz partner Katie Haun, FTX Ventures, Solana Ventures, Polygon, Circle Ventures and more than 80 angel investors.
According to the press release:
"Investing in DeFi is a labyrinthian hellscape that even the most devoted crypto evangelist can get lost in. Finding legitimate projects, executing trades, moving funds across chains, tracking performance, and filing taxes is more than enough to scare off most investors."
Exponential intends to bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3 by facilitating investment in DeFi protocols through the platform.
