Crypto miner Bitmain has just announced that it has started selling the ASIC miner Antminer E9, which has been specially designed for mining Ethereum.
According to the company, the device has a hashrate of 2,400 MH/s, a power consumption of 1,920 W and an energy efficiency of 0.8 J/M.
The sales are scheduled to begin today, July 6. It should be noted the price of the device has not yet been disclosed.
The Antminer E9 was first announced in April last year. That same month, Bitmain said the new device would be “a "game changer."
