South Korea is ready to start legal actions against Do Kwon, the co-founder of Terra, as the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office has begun the procedure of placing him on the Interpol red notice list, the Financial Times reports.

The Korean authorities have also revoked Kwon's South Korean passport as he is "obviously on the run and has no intention to appear before us for questioning." With Interpol, South Korea wants to enhance its efforts to locate Kwon on a worldwide scale as reports say he had recently left Singapore.

On September 14, a Seoul court issued an arrest warrant for Do Kwon and five others on charges including violations of South Korea's capital markets laws. According to the authorities, all the suspects were located in Singapore.
