Samir Shah, COO of Pantera Capital, has just left the company two months after his appointment, according to his LinkedIn profile.

He joined the cryptocurrency bank in July after spending 13 years working at JPMorgan as head of asset management sales.

A month before his departure from Pantera Capital, Pantera Capital general counsel Joe Cisewski moved to the position of chief of staff and senior advisor to the CFTC. In previous years, the specialist worked in the department under former Commissioner Mark P. Wetjen.

Pantera Capital cashed out in May about 80% of its investments in Terra prior to the project's collapse.

The venture capital firm has previously invested in the NFT media distribution platform Pinata.
